We are the JÖSz College of Advanced Legal Studies, based in Budapest.
The youngest legal professional organization of the Eötvös Loránd and Pázmány Péter Universities.
The story traces back to February 2012, when a group of freshman law students set out to step outside the framework of their university studies and broaden their horizons through peer support and self-improvement.

Cornerstones
Iurisprudence
Dedicated to professional excellence and nurturing talent, we provide courses and peer-learning groups, and take part in a wide range of academic challenges.
Through our study tours and conference visits, we aim to broaden our members' horizons and help them grow into versatile experts.
Culture
Beyond professional excellence, we believe it is equally important to cultivate our students' general cultural literacy; therefore, we frequently organize visits to theaters and museums.
We also host various social gatherings, movie nights, barbecues, and sports events, where our community evolves into a true circle of friends.
Charity
Our third pillar is community service. It is a fundamental belief of our college that we must give back to society, which is why we regularly host charity drives and legal clinic programs.

The JÖSz Institute facilitates member engagement in high-level legal research and provides a platform for publishing outstanding academic papers in the Jogtudományi Szemle (Law Review).
Practical application is further enhanced through our Studia Pragmatica program, a dual-education initiative that enables our members to gain hands-on professional experience in real-world legal environments alongside their academic studies.
JÖSz Foundation
Commitment to Excellence in Legal Education.
The JÖSz Foundation contributes to the advancement of jurisprudence and legal scholarship through the support of research and educational programs and the establishment of merit-based scholarships.
The Foundation is dedicated to the cultivation of these disciplines and to fostering a strong sense of professional identity and vocational integrity among future jurists. Furthermore, a key objective is to support the academic development of law students residing in cross-border regions.
